What’s the best bit about your job?
I love working with children and making therapy fun and engaging for them.
It’s important to me to listen to what matters most to each child and their family and to make a difference to their quality of life.
What do you do in your spare time?
I have three daughters and a cockapoo so they keep me pretty busy! When I have some spare time I like to relax by gardening, reading and crosswords!
What did you want to do when you left school?
When I left school I wanted to be a translator and studied French and German at university. I soon realised I was more suited to a caring profession and found my perfect career in speech and language therapy combining my love of languages and my passion in helping others.
